How it works
The audio goes through a neural network trained on recordings, which estimates for every moment which chord is sounding. What comes back is a list of chords with a start and an end — the same thing you would get by ear, only faster.
The display is built for playing along: a large diagram of the current chord, the next one announced with a countdown, and a lane sliding past the playhead so you can see what is coming. The chords are an estimate and complex arrangements can throw it off — check by ear before you write them down.
